Our Initiatives

Rethinking Homelessness

As housing costs climb and federal strategies shift, leaders need solutions that work on the ground. This initiative links housing, mental health, and substance use prevention and helps communities respond with both clarity and compassion.

Breaking Thru

A new standard for youth mental health that goes beyond therapy and medication. By emphasizing sleep, exercise, supportive relationships, financial resilience, and community connection, it gives our youngest generation the tools to thrive.

Making Change FL

A statewide network of business, faith, and civic leaders tackling Florida’s toughest issues. By aligning influence across sectors, it transforms bold ideas into real impact.

What's the Fix?

WTF: What’s The Fix? is a bold, youth-driven campaign focused on reshaping how we talk about mental health, substance use, and overdose prevention. With a Gen Z–centered voice and a visual style that cuts through the noise, WTF tackles stigma, builds awareness, and gives young people real tools to protect themselves and each other—including carrying naloxone. We’re here to change the culture around care, one post, conversation, and life saved at a time.

Drugalert.ai

Florida’s first real-time drug surveillance system tracks dangerous new substances before they spread. Early alerts give law enforcement, hospitals, and community leaders the power to act quickly and save lives.
