What is PROJECT OVERDOSE?
Project Overdose is Florida’s leading coalition confronting the drug and mental health crisis, as well as other pressing social challenges. Originally launched as Project Opioid, our mission has evolved to reflect the reality that overdose prevention and mental wellness are inseparable.

We work at the intersection of public health, policy, and community leadership, bringing together government, business, healthcare, philanthropy, and nonprofits to drive meaningful change.
By equipping leaders with the tools, data, and strategies they need, Project Overdose is helping communities expand naloxone access, build stronger systems of prevention and care, and strengthen communities.
